Close to my home town (Timisoara) there's a smaller city called Buzias..
Buzias is one of the oldest health spa's in Romania. The first establishments were built in 1819. A lot of people from the Austrian-Hungarian empire used to come to Buzias for the mineral water springs, which are supposedly very good for your health (both drinking and bathing in them).
Unfortunately these days it lost it's glory, and a lot of years without maintenance and repairs brought it to a pitiful state. It's a shame, these days nobody would build something like this.
