The next to last port was Civitavecchia. Civitavecchia is a pretty nice city, and it's an quite important port as it is the sea port for Rome..
We only stayed for a couple of hours, visited some shops and a local market. But it was a welcome stop, and we did get to buy some soft drinks and mineral water to bring back on board.
Footnote: on MSC Cruises (and I guess on many others) you only get limited free beverages, everything else is charged to your room account (which easily overflows ;)
