We got the place a couple months ago, but started working on it a couple weeks.
Initially I started working on replacing all the wiring (which is a bit of a pain, as it's all in pretty old metal guides, which I mostly had to tear out of the walls, and replace with new ones). The apartment had about 10 sockets in total, and they had no grounding connection, so I redid that all.
