As we christened our son, I had to organize some giveaways for the guests. One very nice idea I saw online is to have a christening bomboniere cake, with slices to give out to the people...
Since I didn't have the time (nor will) to buy one done, I decided to build one myself.
Using a 3D modeling software, with a sheet-metal component it's quite easy. One can build then unbend it to make the pattern.
The pattern got loaded into a image manipulation program to personalize it, then printed, cut out and glued together.
All left is to fill each with goodies.
For decoration I added some small angels using double-sided tape.
