- It uses a ESP8285 - Flash included (instead of the ESP8266 with external flash)
- Pin strip 2.54 with 4 pins (a bit tricky to solder on - won't fit in the case)
Flashing the Sonoff Touch
Same steps as in generic, with the following changes:Board: "Generic ESP8285 Module" Upload Using: "Serial" CPU Frequency: "80MHz" Flash Size: "1M (no SPIFFS)" !! Upload Speed: "115200" Port: Your COM port connected to sonoff
You should now have a sonoff touch which connects to wifi, gets an ip (check your dhcp server) and you can access it's webinterface at that ip address.
